I love the place and the location. The new owners have made it look clean. I'm there annually. The only things i didn't like was the jot tub was lacking alot of water. I was there due a week and the jets blew out of the water because it was so shsllow. Not comfortable. Plus, the room service people were rude unfortunately. I never even had service once while i stayed but i did ask for blankets and that was the moment i was given the attitude.

Roach motel. If you love roaches stay here. My family and I checked in late after moving from Poinciana. We just needed to sleep until we moved the next day. Roaches were crawling on walls and the ceiling. We didn't feel like dragging three small children back out so late at night and just slept with the lights on. The next morning more roaches were out and I called to let the front desk know. The old guy at the desk told me hes never heard of that and said he was with a guest and he'd call back. He did call and told us again he's never heard of the roaches and asked aren't we due to check out that morning..It was around 9ish so we left fearing we would take roaches to our new home. My children 1, 5, and 11 were afraid of the bugs. One dropped into the bed. I was upset because we needed to shower n get dressed and could not do so. We checked out before 10 after moving our stuff out. Not to mention the fridge leaked water and never got cold so I tossed food. What made it worse was the rude manager who emailed me saying we should have asked for a new room that night. And accused us of checking out late. Why would we check out late in a roach infested room with small kids? We have timestamps on pictures we took of the room and the outside of the hotel. Beware staying here. I filed a complaint to Choice hotels and asked for a partial refund. Never heard back after sending pics to the manager. Choice hotels never followed up either. Oh I have pics of the bugs and fridge. Will b back with them in a few.

The room is spacious and the items in the room have been renovated recently. Bed was comfortable and area seemed quiet. The two major drawbacks we experienced were a very low water flow shower and a very noisy air conditioning unit that did not adequately cool the room. ||It wasn’t the worst hotel experience we’ve had, but if staying in the area again, we’d try another hotel.

Absolutely disgusting. First thing I noticed when I got to my room that was facing their pool is that there is a gigantic spotlight not just one but two of them shining super bright into my room, and even with the blackout curtains, the light shines through the outer frame of it as well as the door. Made me feel like I was in a prison yard. I know by law they have to have lights on, but they have to figure out different lighting! Not the brightest ones known to man that are going to keep everybody awake at night?! So if this hotel is your only option, And sleep as a top priority for you like it is for me, You better request a room that doesn’t overlook their pool area. On top of that, there were dead cockroaches all over with their legs in the air and all. Then when I went to front desk to complain about it at checkout, he threw the lamest excuses at me. Place is diabolically absurd being more concerned with how their lobby and landscaping looks rather than the hotel rooms and giving better customer service. They know how to make it look nice online but the moment you walk out of that lobby and especially into your room…. DIRTY AND GHETTO. All I wanted was to rest but instead, I’m getting blinded by the pool light in my own room and having insects as roommates. Never again. Guests deserve better.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. First, it was after 7pm, my Airbnb was disgusting so we cancelled and had to find a hotel the last minute. We started driving and found the Quality Inn. The 1st room we had a minor issue, the really nice lady was so accommodating and offered me another room, of which was perfect! The bed was so comfortable (not too soft at all), room was tidy, pool and spa was very clean, and the friendliness of the people that work there (front desk lady w brown hair, security guard guy who was a vet, and the pool guy with long hair) were all so very nice. The restaurant had delicious eggs. With the room being great, along with the amazing staff, we will be back next time we are in the area for sure. I like leaving good notes as I am a big reader of reviews, and staff should be recognized so your hotel continues to run well. :) Thanks!

I attended a birthday party here this past weekend, and it was such a lovely experience! The banquet hall was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which created a great atmosphere right from the start. The staff was wonderful—so attentive and professional throughout the entire event. To top it all off, the view from the banquet hall was absolutely amazing! It really made the evening feel special. Highly recommended!

The room itself was nice. Service great. Location great. The problem was the roaches!!! They really need to have pest control spray! That was the main issue. Also their coffee maker I couldn't use due to the fact somebody had put used coffee filter in the spot you out your water in.

I rarely leave reviews, but this one is well deserved—for all the wrong reasons. This hotel is wildly overpriced for what you actually get. The photos and description make it seem like a decent place to stay, but the reality is a complete letdown. The service was terrible from the moment we checked in—staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and moved at the pace of a snail meanwhile, the line had eight people to check in at 7 PM at night The location is another major issue. It’s not in a great area, and I didn’t feel particularly comfortable coming and going, especially at night. Definitely not what was advertised or implied when booking. One of the biggest frustrations was the promise of a “free breakfast.” That simply didn’t exist. No explanation, no apology—just nothing. It may seem like a small thing, but it speaks volumes about how little they care about delivering on what they advertise. Overall, this place charges premium prices for a subpar experience across the board. Save your money and look elsewhere—there are far better options out there that actually deliver what they promise.
